  • Simon Fulford

    Simon Fulford has been the Executive Director of Parrott Creek Child & Family Services since 2018. Simon is a nonprofit leader who has founded and run organizations or programs in the US, UK, France & South Africa. Simon is also President of the Restorative Justice Coalition of Oregon, former Chair of the Oregon Alliance: Safe Kids, Healthy Families, Strong Communities and current Secretary for the Clackamas County Business Alliance as a community representative.

  • Melissa Erlbaum

    Melissa has worked in the field of public safety, criminal justice, victim services, and homeless services for over 25 years. She is a highly regarded collaborator who is called upon regularly to help incubate and advance community-wide initiatives that focus on the safety and well-being of individuals and families. She loves being out in nature with her dog and enjoys renting cozy cottages near water to sneak away for relaxation.

  • Rose Fuller

    As Executive Director of Northwest Family Services (NWFS), Rose focuses on working with the most vulnerable people in our community. She believes in giving a hand up, not a hand out, to build resiliency. By working with the whole person, and whenever possible, the whole family, Rose helps support immediate needs and provides ongoing support to build success.

  • Peter Rosenblatt (He/Him/His) Program Manager at Northwest Housing Alternatives

    Peter has more than 35 years of experience serving youth, adults, and families experiencing or at risk of homelessness. He began his career working in Portland, working with runaway and homeless youth. Peter taught at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee for three years before returning to his passion for direct service work and moved to Minneapolis to become the Director of Children’s Services at Catholic Charities in the Twin Cities before becoming the Executive Director of The Link in January of 2010. In 2013 he returned to Oregon where he worked within the Oregon Department of Human Services and has been overseeing Northwest Housing Alternatives' Homeless Intervention Services department since July of 2019. He currently sits on the Clackamas County Continuum of Care Steering Committee as well as the SHS Regional Oversight Committee. Throughout his career, he strives to manifest his belief that every child deserves safe and stable housing in his daily actions.
